Some Windows systems hide the AppData folder by default, but it’s easy to make it visible:
Open File Explorer and go to your C: drive.
At the top, click View on the menu bar.
Click Options (or click the small arrow below it and choose Change Folder and Search Options).
In the window that appears, open the View tab.
Under Hidden files and folders, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
Click OK—and you should now see the AppData folder.

On macOS, the Library folder is hidden by default to prevent accidental changes. Here’s how to make it visible:
In the Finder menu, click Go.
Hold down the Option key, and you’ll see Library appear in the list.
Click Library to open it.

Because the products are digital downloads, I’m not able to offer refunds or exchanges after a purchase. That said, I genuinely want you to have a great experience and are here to help if you run into any issues.
Be sure to follow the step-by-step instructions in the PDF included with your download. Every product is carefully tested, but sometimes a command or two might not work as expected — if that happens, just reach out and I’ll make it right.
If you notice that several commands aren’t responding, it could mean something was missed during installation. Take a look through this FAQ for quick solutions, or get in touch with me by sending a message. I will work with you to get everything up and running smoothly!

Products are updated whenever the corresponding application receives a major update or adds new features that affect functionality. Since I use these tools personally in my own work, I usually wait a bit before installing major updates—especially when in the middle of a project. For example, it’s often best to hold off on updating Pro Tools until you’ve finished your current session to ensure stability and compatibility.
